Any quick fix cures?

Fed up with sleeping 6am to 13:00 then 22:00 to 01:00am

When I’m awake between 13:00 and 22:00 feel half asleep and when awake 01:00 to 06:00 I’m wide awake

Was in USA Phoenix -7 gmt

Think you just have stay up tonight and re-adjust. Double espresso in the morning x

I work shifts. 04:00 starts last week, 21:30 this week. The only way I ever manage is to slog through the first day.

You can force yourself to stay up, but you can’t sleep if you’re not tired.

I travel internationally a lot with work - or at least I did before Covid. I use Melatonin to sleep when jetlagged, but just use the minimum you can get away with because it can leave you 'woolly' in the daytime.
