What's do you think this saying means?

If you don't have sex you will loose the urge to want to?

If you don't use the muscle's they will loose size and strength?

Do you think this is just for men or also women?

Maybe all three are true or its just a myth.

I’d we don’t use our holiday days off within the company’s financial year, we loose them

I've not used mine since Tuesday before Christmas. Used this morning and after a little wd40 seemed to be ok. Blew a little gas out and was just a little rusty.

I know that the more sexually active I am the more my desire increases and vice versa.

The more I swim the more my upper arms tone and vice versa.

So in some cases use it or lose it is true
