I guess it would depend on what’s causing the blues for me.
I’ve set some personal goals, and how I intend to achieve them. I cut out a huge chunk of toxic stuff from my existence. |

For me it’s friends and food , at the same time
Cooking and having friends for dinner always helps lift any kind of blues.
I do this most week, on the rare occasions that I don’t it’s because someone else has volunteered.
Work is also demanding and limits time for wallowing, clouds and silver lining comes to mind…

All very solid answers so far and appreciate your input. I could reply to many of you and probably appear a deviant but will refrain and be a good boy
I agree with the friends and food and if you can get it good sex to help move this month behind us. If your birthday is this month then I bet it’s a blessing for friends to get out and ignore the blues and celebrate it with you. Damn I am waffling and too many Rums it seems so need to reign it in |
