Not a curry, but my favourite Indian dish is tandoori chicken.

I've even considered making a tandoor oven.

Chicken passanda but they do it hot for me. I like creamy currys but I like the heat and spice too

"Paneer masala dosa "

Come on!

I like Panneer Masala

I like Masala Dosa

Panneer Masala Dosa is an abomination, like pineapple on pizza.

Travelling with work

Dhansak all day for me.

Usually a chicken situation, but I do dabble with lamb from time to time!

Masala Dosa…… just yum. . My absolute favourite is an awesome Dahl with chapati. I also had a squash and beetroot dansak in a curry house in Brighton. I cook my version of that at home quite a lot

Lamb Jalfrezi.

My local used to do a fantastic “railway curry”, which was a really rich, dark, hot and spicy one, but I’ve not had it anywhere else.
