I get cbd cream from our local cbd shop, it's £18 a tub but it's brilliant, only use 3 times a week

I use a scrub made of coconut oil and sugar. Then use cocoa butter.

You have some choices, watery creams made from aloe vera or cucumber, or you could use the oily ones that are typically white, if that's not suitable, then balms and barrier cream might be an option.

It all depends on your skin type, how quick you want the cream to sink in and whether or not you want to apply it before you work or at home with plenty of time.

You can use suntan lotion, as it's good in winter too.

Hope it helps.

I did use hemp cream a good few years back completely forgot about that I work in catering I think it's the constant hand washing that's done it to be honest

I watch deadliest catch and have seen them using the neutrogena Norwegian formula, if it's good enough for them in those conditions.

I've been using Double Base once a day which really helps and Palmers Intensive Relief with vitamin E. The best anti aging thing you can do for your hands is wear rubber gloves for house work, ordinary gloves in the cold and sun cream every day

I often get the skin on my knuckles splitting during the winter, the best thing I've found for it is the Neutrogena Norwegian formula hand cream.

Aveda Hand Relief (real name) in the day and pure shea butter with cotton gloves of a night was the only thing that sorted mine out when they were so dry the skin started splitting.

Lol no it's cute

It's a small thing but when you find a good one it makes all the difference - dry hands are so uncomfortable! I just like plain old Aveeno, but then again I don't wash my hands as much as people in certain industries need to.

It's great stuff.

Would just being nice and moisturised help with the anti ageing or does it need a specific element. Creams are not my specialty
