I bought a tub of vegan ice cream for a friend coming over tomorrow.
I am avoiding sugar like the plague but it's talking to me.
It whispers from the freezer.........
Do I succumb and do my self in with sugar ...... Do I save it from my friend who doesn't know i've bought it for him .....
Just for info..... it's almond and salted caramel ....... |

Also in my experience the anticipation of the food is usually better than the food itself. It won't compare to the feeling you'll get surprising your friend with some lovely ice cream tomorrow  |

Go and clean your teeth really thoroughly so your mouth feels fantastic.
Then run a bath and put some bubbles in and conditioner on your hair.
Great way to avoid sugar. |

I'm trying to fatten up eating a 500ml haggen daz tub nearly every night and about 4000 calories a day and still struggling to get fat.
How come some people can just look at ice cream and get fat? |

Metabolism?
Yoy might need more than 4,000 calories, especially if you are doing lots of exercise. |

Yes because once you have the first spoonful it will be half defrosted and would just spoil if you put it back in the freezer. |

I will. You are right. It's not cream that's been iced.
Still tastes Almondy and Caramelly though .....
I had a nana and a tangie instead. Prob is im all or nothing. If I touch it, I'll drop it like a lizard doing a rat. |

The friend who's coming over tomorrow.... what exactly are they coming over?
Is the salted caramel not salty enough?
