but what precisely turns you on in a profile? I am not talking about pictures or certainly not photos alone, but more about the content, the langauge and the tone of a profile.

So what is sexy?

Couples who don't take this too seriously... If that comes over in their profile, it's going to get on our Hotlist far quicker.

For me it is intelligence and I am not talking about academia - I am talking about a common sense and openess to life couple with a sense of humour.

I agere with View that humility is attractive and when it is combined with confidence (not a contradiction in my mind) then it is very sexy.

I like down to earth people who have droppped their baggage with their pants so I dont have to worry about issues of insecurities at a later stage

people who say they are clean, tidy and smell nice.

not too serious, confident but not cocky.

warm and friendly, and they like sex a lot, not meeting for chit chats and coffee.

Humour, honesty, no expectancy and an understanding of the 'common sense' approach to all things Fab.

Combine that with an interesting set of pictures that allow you an insight into their personality as well as an accurate representation of their physical attributes - and my eye is caught!

a nice rear _iew of a longlegged lady, hip hugging miniskirt and white knickers. And if she's wearing a nice pair of knee length boots too, it would send me reaching for the Kleenex.

Who gives a fuck what the profile says

little house on the praire

someone who is quietly confident, can get their likes and dislikes across in a positive manner. Looking at their profile and be able to get all the information i require. Without how they are going to lick my fanny for hours and there going to be the best shag ive had and go into details about past meets

I like confidence, humour and intelligent conversation. If that shows up in the actual meeting, then even better.

I like a profile which indicates the writer is intelligent, has a sense of humour, is confident and gives me a sense of being able to hold a good conversation with. Someone who is individual and confident in their own persona who does not try to appeal to all.

A profile which is upbeat and does contain any negativity is a good thing

I must admit I do get drawn in to a profile if there is concise detail about the people in general, you know like and dislikes and what a person or persons are looking for themselves in others.

Going off on a slight tangent now... Since I've started useing the forums recently I find you get a good insight in to a persons persona.

Oooops, that's me buggered then...

On a more serious note : I also believe that the forum persona can help to get to know a person a little bit.

Did not see that thread lol - was it that bad? I know what you mean about humour as I have seen posts which to me sounded (and seemed to be intentionally) funny but they were taken the wrong way. Nobody's fault - just the nature of things when you only have the written word plus a few emoticons and smilies. In face to face interaction you can spot immediately if somebody misheard you or if something you said is taken in an offensive way. Limitations of the written word
