Do you but matching coloured sheets and pillow cases? I've been told I'm weird for doing so.
Do you wash your new bedding before putting it on for the first time? |

Ooh I’ve been looking (and stroking) some of those teddy bear sets myself recently. They are lovely.
I always wash new bedding before using it and make sure my sheet and pillowcases match the duvet set. Most of mine are a red pattern so I can mix and match the sheets and pillow cases. |

Either matching or tastefully contrasting is fine with a good 300 thread count  . And yes of course wash it first, dry it preferably hanging ou in clean fresh air and give it a good ironing before carefully let it adorn your bed.  |

Yes I always buy matching sheets and pillowcases for all new bedding sets so I much be weird too always wash everything when it's new, I've reacted to stuff that hasn't been washed first so I don't risk it. Enjoy your new bedding |
