January Fitness Challenge - *°* Day 8 *°*
Oh we are doing a plank 'flow' today.. Who knew there was such a thing!
There is no pose today, as we are doing a combination of 4 of the planks we have already done this week.. And you wil be relieved to hear that they are 4 of the easier planks
Make sure your core is engaged to protect your back.. Don't let that bootie pop up! Keep checking your alignment, don't hurt yourself

Day 8. Nail the Basics
* Start in a forearm plank.
* Do two knee taps, one with each knee.
* Transition to a high plank.
* Tap each hand to its opposite shoulder.
* Return to forearm plank.
* Repeat for 45 seconds; do three sets.

The standard activity is as described - but it is up to you how many seconds and reps you do.. Dial it down or punch it up depending on your ability

Today’s actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, I added in an extra little step, as well as the knee taps in low plank, I was bringing knees up to elbows in high plank which meant doing less of the change from upper to lower which helped. |

I love the knee tap ones, they are my favourite |
