Rudeness and just being polite
Jump to: Newest in thread
Haha, I read a profile a couple of days ago where the single female declared that she find poor grammar a big turn off.
I noted her status had a grammaical error, the usual "your" and "you're". I politely pointed it out because of the irony of her slating single mens grammar in her profile, to which I was blocked.
Don't bother trying to strike up friendships on here, much easier in a club mate where the people are real. |

Men and women are both guilty of being rude on here!
The problem is women don't and can't see a man's experience on here and a man can't see a woman's. I showed a male Fab friend my account and he couldn't believe the type of crude or lazy messages I get and I couldn't believe the rude replies he got from women after sending a polite message.
If someone sends me a message just saying 'hi' or 'wanna f**k' I'm not going to reply and some people think that's rude
I guess you need a thick skin on here |

It’s just about finding balance, if I message a girl I send her a nice dick, if I message a guy I send him a nice vagina, everybody seems happy and polite in their reply |

That's a pretty balanced explanation |

"2 instances this evening
A perfect conversation. Then you politely follow up. Then just get blocked
Can we all be a bit more human "
You obviously said something ordid something that changed their mind. Sometimes it's probably more polite to block rather than say, you are boring me to death now. |

Did you send her a message of correction?
She might be doing that as a test and you might get lucky by taking the bait, or get a gob full! |

"Probably single guys pulling one off while wife's in bed..
Move on and ignore.."
If the conversation was primarily sexual I'd agree with this - post-orgasm blocking happens a lot once a guy has shot his load (and maybe with women too, but I don't know because no woman has ever tried to elicit wank fodder from me!).
Different people will have different ideas of what is rude, and there's no way to force your idea of good manners onto others. |

"Manners are the only free thing left on the planet that we all have access to..... USE THEM
Certain amount of irony in using upper case....
Least it wasn't lost on you......"
I often CAPITALISE ...... I thought that aspect of etiquette went out with the lace hanky |

This reply sums it up perfectly |

Found not find.
Typo on grammatical.
Run on sentence in final paragraph.
Final sentence would benefit from a comma.
