Looks like Boris's WhatsApp messages have landed him in the sh*t (again). But isn't WhatsApp meant to be encrypted and secure? How come these messages are leaking out? Bit worrying

What has he said now?

It will be one of his 'friends' screenshotting them and sending to the papers.

It was messages to a 'donor' to help with funding his flat. You'd think a PM would know better than to leave a message trail if it's insecure.

I might be wrong but I don’t think WhatsApp has been encrypted since Meta inc took it over in 2014.

Central

The constant corruption and streaming of money that the conservatives persist with, means that it's their norm. He's just a liar, with form. It's his version of the dog ate my homework, trying to cover his tracks, when he's witheld the full facts from investigators.

Messages may be encrypted but are still subject to legal controls.

And in return for the donation the Lord could host a Great Brexit Exhibition which Boris would promote

Because humans are involved. They’ve been leaked not hacked

There's definitely quite a few people who are 'in the know' leaking information. They must be making a small fortune.

It must do Boris's head in.
