A good torso shot or nice bum pic.
Women definitely are into men's bums, if they're nice bums! 
Definitely don't have a cock pic as an avatar and don't have more than one or two in your gallery. |

The best profile pic is the one that you've thought up yourself and put up because you personally like it and it represents you, your personality, how you want to be viewed.
Asking people what they like and then going with their suggestions will not get them to meet you. Be confident in your own personality and do what you like not what others suggest  |
