Morning all.. Day 5 of the January fitness planking challenge - an easier one today
Ok.. Day 5, here we go - the pose will be shared on the telegram group / via fab messenger

Day 5: Low Plank with Knee Taps
* Assume low plank position.
* Alternate knee taps to the floor, focusing more on your low abdomen.
* Continue alternating for 45 seconds; do three sets
******
The standard activity is as described - but it is up to you how many seconds and reps you do.. Dial it down or punch it up depending on your ability
Don't forget to post your progress on the thread

Ive just sat on my sofa with a entire chocolate cake in a bowl with a fork, i'm just going for it until I either feel sick or happy, whichever happens first |

I’ve asked my daughters to nag me to do it every day. They’re good at that, so at least it will get done!
