These people are free and do a brilliant job at fixing things over the phone and online, when phoning up the merry-go-round call centres fail to do very simple jobs.
Emails get ignored and phone bills start to rack up.
Resolver is free, effective and can save your sanity with these big useless firms with understaffed call centres.
MSE approves of them too.
So If your landlord, utility company or any other organsation fails the simple things, ie doing what you pay them to do in the first place: their job, then Resolver is the place to go to.
It took 10 days for them to sort out my meter readings, they even compensated me at the end!
I am on their radar again, so let's hope I have another problem sorted ASAP. |
