Morning all.. Day 4 of the January fitness planking challenge - half of the first week done !
Ok.. Day 4, here we go ! It is a hard activity today, so consider options if you need to - the pose will be shared on the telegram group / via fab messenger

Day 4. High Side PlankStart
* Start in basic high plank.
* Walk your right hand to the midline of your body and roll onto the outside edge of your right foot.
* Stack your feet, drive your hips to the ceiling and extend your left arm to the ceiling.
* Hold for 45 seconds, then pass through basic high plank and repeat on the left side.
* Do three sets (one set constitutes both sides).

The standard activity is as described - but it is up to you how many seconds and reps you do.. Dial it down or punch it up depending on your ability
.... think of the sense of achievement at the end of it

If your right side dominant in every day activities use your left hand / side, opening doors, using tools lifting things etc soon strengthens a weaker side without going crazy |

Hey there is no set rule, just do whatever you can if it’s 5 seconds or 10 just challenge yourself an extra second or two each day and see what happens |
