Sealy 1400 teramo did wonders for me. Was also rated best mattress the year by Which? When I bought it and was apparently one of the best in ten years. Definitely helped me. God help me when I need to replace it.

Its sometimes better to fet a new bed and mattress.
What sort of bed have you got.
A high performing mattress wont work on the wrong base.
I rate seally and slumberdown memory foam topped ones. |

Got a Sleepeezee PocketGel Plus Immerse 2200 Mattress it's lush but not cheap. Beware of mattresses that come rolled in a box that offer you many nights free trial. They are difficult to return and really how brilliant can a mattress be that comes rolled up? |
