I really do regret reading some updates, Twitter tweets and the internet in general. The negativity is astounding and difficult to avoid.
I need some positive stuff, so I propose any one that joins the thread spreads some good vibes around the place (fab) and posts on here or a direct message to someone to make us all smile.
I never wished many of you a happy new year, so this is my belated effort.  |

Perhaps one resolution might be to decamp from Twitter ...I've never really engaged with it much beyond the minimum needed for work. Too much Facebook is also pretty unhealthy in my opinion, but each to their own.

Try not to use social media now; has made a massive difference to how I feel. Also when I have a spare minute blare music and feel myself getting lost for a minute. Sounds daft but usually helps me. X |

Do you not consider this a social media site in some way?
I game and hit the music to switch off from the noise. Some me time type of thing. |
