I'm having cake for breakfast.

A doorstop slab of cake.

It's without purpose. It's unconventionally conventional.

Who else would like a slice of this 'feel good' stuff?

You know how no one ever explains about work, responsibilities, bills etc and how adults just have to be grown up. Well, it's also true that you can have cake for breakfast. It's literally one of the only positives of adulting.

Just a small* slice for me please.

As long as your cake was "geeky" and "nerdy" then it's a hearty pat on your back.

You're not going to curry favour with anyone on here with that spicy faux pas. Let's discuss this in bed during pillau talk.

Essentially, cake is cereal, milk, eggs, butter and chocolate/fruit; all items that you'd find on the breakfast table so eating these ingredients in one easy to manage product is an efficient and effective way of getting them into your body... Well, that's my argument anyway; which is why I had Christmas cake for breakfast this morning

...Ah, but don't forget add any mere hint of a fruit of vegetable and we (Fab cake lovers) will call it one of your 5 a day
