Forget fad diets.

Eat healthier, eat less empty calorie treats, and move more.

Eat 1 portion of meat (assuming you are a meat eater?), no bigger than the size of your palm to at least 3 portions of veg (minimum). I do 5 where I can sometimes 6!

I walk now wherever I can.

I think you can get pedometer apps for your phone. Try that? I don't know what the average daily distance is to burn off weight. You may have to check that out....

I agree with above. Don't eat massive plates of food & exercise as much as you are able. Don't go mad at it.

If I had the money I would invest in a fitness bike & a rowing machine but that's just me... Do what suits you & take it easy to begin with. Be sensible. Then build up!!!

Travel around the country a bit more, as I've barely left Devon in the last couple of years due to the whole pandemic thing.

Also kinda over being single at the moment so would be nice to meet someone on my wavelength.

Leeds + Newcastle

My only goal for 2022 is to make it to 2023.

Anything else is a bonus!

Taste a womans pee whilst I'm tied up, so I can't suddenly back out or change my mind, If the smell or first drops put me off. ??
