So he hurt his left shoulder a while back quite knotted!
Last night he woke me up, hurt his right shoulder, somehow
Tonight he has a sore neck
My fingers are worn out!
What else can we do with him?
Being quite serious, I think he has a frozen right shoulder, continued on to his neck?
If not, I'll have to put him down! |

I got a Viagra stuck in my throat once, had a stiff neck for hours
In all seriousness, I once woke up with a really really stiff neck, couldn't even turn my head. The doctor gave me some lovely diazepam which sorted me out quite quickly. |

I think Julie getting gangbanged by 10 men would make me feel better. Any volunteers?

Suffered from a sore shoulder couple weeks back, was unable to move my arm as well as pains in my neck, doctor told me it was a trapped nerve, later found out that it was dislocated. Hope this not the case as it's really sore getting put back in place. |

"Have you considered consultation with a chiropractor.. Worth a try.I have actually "pmed" the lady with that suggestion - that or even osteopath would be good idea! "
Osteopath is far better option. If you have any paracetamol, stagger that with Ibuprofen 1 hour later. Trick is to keep on top of the pain and not let it come back, as that forces you to immobilise (worst thing he could do!). C'mon WW , use your powers to heal your man! |

Poor M, feel better soon.
Try Syndol - an over the counter painkiller that contains a muscle relaxant. It contains codeine though, so follow the directions. |

"Diazepam....works for me...short period..maybe a day n night zonked...."
Prescription only and doctors are often loathe to prescribe it now because it's so addictive. |

Chiropractor. I damaged my back and neck quite severly a couple of years ago playing Rugby and the club physio suggested I see a chiropractor, oh god; what he did to me was unbelievable, such a release in my back and neck. Seriously they work and work well. |

"Get him to docs for cortisone jab .... Works wonders, although you shouldn't have too many"
Yup, Cortisone will work wonders if he's got a frozen shoulder.
Forget Ibuprofen, it won't have much of an effect and will end up giving him a bad stomach (get some Diclofenac Sodium or Naproxin from the GP's but ask them to prescribe Lansoprazole too, to stop it affecting his gut). I would go for the Cortisone though. |

Chiropractor works if its bone related and osteopath will work both bones and muscles but can no get to the route of the problem.
I have an on going problem with my back and I see a sports and remedial massure and boy does she work wonders for my back, she only does muscles and found the problem in my back that i had been suffering with for 10 years. seen them all chiros osteos physios and none worked as they did not get to the route of the problem.
I see her about once a month for an ease off off all the muscles and it keeps me on the straight and narrow.
