The elephant in the room..
Often guilty..
Trust me ladies it's just as frustrating for us guys as for you. Though cannot understand why women believe it's us being selfish? as if it's some thing we have control over.... if anything it means the lady is so hot !! and is a compliment.

Yeah, give the fella time to recover, some understanding and patience pays off.

Communication is key. Perhaps explain the situation, and that although it may happen quickly, by no means is it an end to proceedings.
It happens to me sometimes, when I meet someone new. The excitement of the build up, and the resulting anticipation when we’re in the same room can get the better of me. It’s never been an issue (I’m told).

It's a personal mind game, I find when with someone who totally ticks every box it is very difficult to hold back but in your mind you don't want it to end. I hate quickies and hate being the one to come first so always try to hold back/pause to regain focus and allow the lady to have her pleasure first, that's the plan anyway, I can't ay it always goes to plan. |

It depends on when or how often had regular fun.
If have lots regular I know I last longer from start.
If been while like now 6 months I know I’ll cum fast but recover quick to go again and again and know last longer then.
