Profile change to couple from single?

I’ve been getting a few messages saying “hi both”, “hope you’re both ok”, etc… I thought it weird, until I had a look and my profile has been changed from a single female to a MF couple. I never requested this! 
How can I contact someone to correct it? And any idea why this might have happened? I have had this account for nearly 4 years now and it has always been a single profile!

If you've tried to arrange to meet someone with another male, someone might have reported it and admin changed your profile type. I've seen that happen before. Often admin don't have the time to investigate to see if that's a one off or a regular occurrence and you do get couples using single female profiles as a bait and switch so they're possibly a little over zealous. Or do you have pictures with a man maybe? |

No, not arranged to meet with anyone lately. As for photos with a man, yes, there are some, but I’ve had some of them for years and it’s never caused any issue! Will delete them now as this is so uncomfortable- this is my profile, I’ve had it for years- why are they changing it?  |

"Only admin change the profile assignment, someone reviewed your profile.
Knly ones who can change it back are admin.
Use the contact link bottom of the page or from your profile."

I had a photo removed after over 2 years because I had faint remnants of bruises in it. I suspect someone must have reported it or something because I doubt admin have the time to trawl through old photos like that. It's the only thing I can think of that flags things after that time frame. |

The majority of single man profiles have pics with women in, yet don't get changed to couples! "
No but I doubt there's many out there pretending to be a single male and springing a surprise woman into the mix last minute  . |

I had all the message filters on when I suspect my really old picture was reported. Either people are genuinely that annoyed about not being able to message/not getting a response or maybe they just have too much time on their hands. People are weird and do strange things for strange reasons. Hopefully you can get it changed back fairly quickly. |

This happened to Becky.
Her singles profile is still live but points people towards our couples profile.
Someone complained and reported it, admin changed it back after a couple of messages.
Seems rejection can cause people to report profiles.  |

Mine also points to my couple’s profile… that could be another thing! But surely we can all be free to have a single profile and a couple’s one if we choose to? (Obviously all genuine!)

Funny you say this because a single male profile approached me, we got chatting. I was happy enough to meet him but he was insistent that he can only meet with his “female fuck buddy” lol. Clearly his actual partner!! I stopped replying and he messaged me a few weeks later saying “how are you, Lisa has been asking about you” when we had never even met hahaha! |

This happened to me with my sf profile. In my bio I clearly stated I had a couples profile too. Within the same week I had two pics and a video removed |

I said not many, not that it doesn't ever happen . It's just incredibly common with single female profiles. They lure you in with the single woman and then well into the conversation they drop in that they have a partner and only meet with them. Those kind of people should have their profile changed to a couples one, as should the guy you're talking about. It's just a shame that people who genuinely are looking to meet as a single are getting caught up in admin trying to deal with all of the people doing that. |
