It's because the music industry is less concerned with making music than it is with making money. I mean, wasn't it Jay-z who referred to himself as a 'brand' in an advert he did for some product that had his name on it a few years ago? |

Real talent will not die, but programmes like x faxtor shower everybody with fake, talentless twats and saturate us all with what they (the judges) tell the audience is talent, just to boost their ego and make even more money.
