Whilst there's loads of choice on swimwear for you ladies out there what's with the bikinis that like a bit of string on the lower half and missing half the cup on the top half?

What's wrong with a full swimsuit? You certainly have to use more imagination about what's under it.

What's your preference?

Has this been bothering you for a while?

My preference is for naked. Ideally on a warm beach.

yes keeps me awake at night thinking about it.

Ah warm weather, beach, waters and no bathers sounds idyllic. No practicing at the local pool though

It feels better and you end up with less white bits. What is your objection OP? Xx

More an observation really but it's not always contained to a beach environment where people are getting tanned

I've got bikinis and full swimsuits. They both have their merits .

I have a gorgeous black full swimsuit that I got in a charity shop. A big retailer had donated a load of brand new, with tags items, it was £1:49

I bought a gorgeous, sexy swimsuit for our holiday. Then didn't wear it because of the mass of covered body and the lines it would leave.

I'm now unsure where I'll wear it. It's definitely not built for swimming!

Me too. Swimsuits are so uncomfortable to wear and ever worse when wet.

If you swim at a pool you need some sort of swimwear and most women wear full suits

The string bikinis are no good for actually swimming in, but definitely are for sunbathing (Bahimi.com)

Having worked around a pool for 23 years there's certainly been a greater shift of people wearing bikinis more than the full swimsuit.

Imagination .......... A belly one side. A back the other side.

North West

See recent pics for my 2 full swimsuits. I wouldn't subject the local populace or small children to the sight of me in a bikini

Currently wearing the green polka dot one whilst sat watching the Atlantic crash up onto the beach. Very relaxing

I've never worn a full swimsuit in my life, only ever a bikini. I obviously wear the top at a local UK pool, but never on holiday at a pool or beach there xx

Among younger women maybe. . I'd always wear a full suit at the pool
