What do expect ! ! !

I had opportunity to meet "blind" so to speak for a MMF 3 some; something i dont normally do ie; i would see/talk to all before hand; in this case i didnt and OMG i was so surprised; all of us clicked instantly and all of us enjoyed everything.

My question is this .......

Is it flour first or water when making puff pastry ?

Do you ever meet blind and end up pleasently surprised

In the past I have met blind and continued to be blind all through the meet so I have no idea if I liked them or not sorry.
