No. I don't agree with the concept. If you want to turn over a new leaf/ give up something/ start doing something, then just do so.
Doing it as a new year resolution makes it too hard (and too easy to give up on - if you have a setback in January, it's too easy to say "maybe next year.") |

I don’t intend to, or have never done so in the past.
I honestly believe that if there’s something you want to change in your life, why wait for a date in the year. Do it right away instead. |

I don't make NY resolutions but i am planning to give up alcohol in Jan, eat more healthily and go back to the gym...
