I'm on both the above! Olives and sprouts. Hated both as a kid!
Lets add cheese to this list. Barely could eat cheddar and now my fridge absolutely stinks! |

Cooked vegetables. It was only after I left home I realised that my mum used to boil the life out of them then put them in a cold serving dish. The result being really soggy veg that went cold before I had chance to eat them so I just used to have some raw carrot instead. I eat most veg now. |

Stilton... I never liked the taste, smell or look of it as a kid but as an adult it's my favourite cheese, the mouldier and smellier the better yumtastic.

"What food do you now love that you hated as a kid? Or vice versa
Aubergines. Several other veggies. And fish
Fish and aubergine parmigiana, delicious "
Truffles. Had no interest in them til I was about 40.
Can’t think of any foods that I liked in my younger days that I no longer like, I think the list of things I like just keeps getting longer |

Not sure why but I did not like leeks till I was a lot older. A bit weird I know as there is not a particularly strong taste to them. |

Same here. I was raging when I discovered how much I liked leeks as I had missed out on them for decades |
