Having recently heard this term again I was interested in what it really meant.
Was it a bitter sweet feeling just before a guy orgasmed?
It seems it was coined because many men supposedly make a tightened face when having an orgasm similar to someone with a cup of vinegar held under their nose 
It got me to thinking about cum faces and the one I pull. I'd liken it to my dance face when I'm lost in music, really feeling the vibe.
