I was married and I had an affair mostly because I wasn't happy at home and because I was seeking affection I wasn't ever going to get from my husband.
However, everyone's reasons and experiences will be very different and no two situations will ever be the same for men or women. |

I would imagine it's down to the individual and their own reasoning/justification.
Just like with men, it will be anything ranging from being shown positive attention from someone else whereas their home life is one of put downs and abuse, to those who do it because they're selfish cunts who think they're vagina is more important than their partners heart and mental health |
