Your profile and pics should reflect who you are and what your about, its a snapshot of your persona.
If you take advice from others then you conforming to their opinions and therefore not accurately projecting yourself.

OP your profile is bland and tells me nothing about you, what you're looking for or can offer. You also look like a right miserable bugger.
If this reflects you as an individual great, if not, change it.
Think of your profile as your shop window and you're just one in a very big High Street. You need to entice people in.
I also reccomended that you don't try to please everyone. It's impossible. So, keep the beard and the body hair, as you clearly like them and plenty of women do too. |

Listen, if you're giving an honest representation of yourself then you're doing nothing wrong, but you're likely to drastically reduce the small number of people willing to engage.
I wouldn't, at any point tho, recommend you give a dishonest representation of yourself.
