Got the radio on and they are still playing xmas records, think it should have stopped yesterday along with the xmas film's. Don't mind both and love them on the build up to Xmas and the day itself, but stop now please.

Exactly, turn it off off to one of the hundreds of other stations. There are famously 12 days of Christmas, this is no secret so not sure why you sound surprised to hear a Christmas song after the 25th lol. In that case I guess you've taken your tree and decorations down today lol

Its still Christmas. A lot of people with blended families have their Christmas day today. A lot if people who worked yesterday have their Christmas today.

Put a CD in or stream something else

Christmas is a period, not just one day. It doesn't end till new years eve.. just a personal opinion.. I'm not some Christmas nut or anything

West Wales and Cardiff

It’s only the second day of Christmas (of the twelve).

Not that I’m a fan of the festive period.

Somewhere near here

I don’t like Christmas at all, I really struggle with it, hate that it starts in October. However all is forgiven during the whole of December and I’ll turn a blind eye

Depending on your view/branch of christianity christmas ends on 5th January (twelfth night) you'll be happy we arent in Tudor times any longer OP when it continued until 2nd February (candlemas)

Maybe the build up starts too early then and by the time it arrives, we are glad to see the back of it. X

Should it?

I’m different. I think the mousing should start 2 weeks before Xmas. All films and then music stop on New Year’s Day. Done.

I actually don’t have an issue supermarkets having decorations and stuff up from October, after al some people like to get organised. But I do frown at music being played, as some aren’t yet in the mood.
