I luv sprouts, delicious little buggers, it's just a shame that people only seem to eat them at Christmas. OK they may have some "side effects" but they're one of life's super foods and should be enjoyed more often.

Yep this too^^ ...and then parmesan on top and back in the oven to roast...

...something to do with triple cooking that gets rid of the bitter taste

Absolutely love sprouts. Yesterday I cooked them in butter with garlic and bacon. Absolutely delicious.

As for the repercussions...well...let's just say I wasn't very ladylike
