I luv sprouts, delicious little buggers, it's just a shame that people only seem to eat them at Christmas. OK they may have some "side effects" but they're one of life's super foods and should be enjoyed more often. |

Yep this too^^ ...and then parmesan on top and back in the oven to roast...
...something to do with triple cooking that gets rid of the bitter taste  |

Absolutely love sprouts. Yesterday I cooked them in butter with garlic and bacon. Absolutely delicious.
As for the repercussions...well...let's just say I wasn't very ladylike  |
