How many of you know the 5 signs of breast cancer?
It won't always be a lump or something obvious.
For a free guide to the signs and how to spot them text 5 to 84424.
I know numbers etc aren't usually allowed but am hoping that the cause will override the rule here.
Also, do any Dr surgeries run evenings where they actually teach you how to check breasts,what to look for etc? The nurse tells me briefly when I go for my smear but I really think more education is needed. |

When I go to the Family planning/sexual health for my Depo, they always make sure I can check my breasts, and when I first went and was unsure, they went through it with me.
They also run clinics once a month for people that don't know what to look for. |

I was lucky no signs at all , routine mammogram in july biopsy within a week op within 3 weeks. Had no clue there was anything wrong.
My DOC said he has three people with DCIS this summer
so Ladies mammograms are the answer never miss one.  |
