"Almost never
Any particular reason why"
Probably because I’m not that adventurous with food generally. As long as I get the required nutrition in me for the day, how it arrives, I’m not that fussed. |

I'll try a new food if it has fitness benefits that help me with my goals. Since trying to take fitness seriously, I've tried a lot of new foods that really like |

Once upon a time. There was just Dairy Milk. Now every month or so there’s Dairy Milk DIME. Dairy Milk OREO. I’m surprised they haven’t done Dairy Milk BRUSSELS SPROUTS and I know I’d probably give that a go. |

Surprisingly not loads. I just recycle the same 4 or 5 recipes but make them every few weeks or so but always look for new things if a particular recipe is boring me |

"How often do you try new food"
Not as often as I like. But if I’m
Travelling (obviously that’s not happening) or go to a new restaurant I always want something new.
At home. Not so much.
Sometimes I regret it. Like trying jackfruit. Fuck that stuff is vile.

"Hmmm if chocolate generally straight away, can’t help it, see it, buy it, eat it "
This is what I miss about growing up in a shop. I got to try any new chocolate instantly. Now I have to search out for it like a regular schmoe |

Yeah, so I use different seasonings in chicken or turkey or swap rice for pasta and vice versa for example |

Have you found any you didn't like flavour wise "
It’s very rare I don’t like the flavour of chocolate but some of the Cadbury’s are not the best, I’m not a fan of the Jelly Popping Candy, too much going on and distracts from the chocolate |

I found that one a couple of years back, it’s scrummy isn’t it, it’s my second favourite next to Rogan Josh |

"Not as often as I'd like, children have a way of curtailing food experimentation."
You have to be clever with kids, my pasta sauce is full off vegetables and they never knew until I let them watch me make it |

The blender is my friend for that, but adding any sort of spice or real punch of flavour just isn't happening. |

Hardly ever. The last time I tried new food I was pleasantly surprised - fresh lychee, but what I really want to try is Dragon Fruit & star fruit but I’m in the wrong part of the world |

My dad tried to get me to eat oysters at a restaurant in France, just looked like bits of snot on a shell |

I won’t try and persuade you to eat snails then! |

I miss the taste of food. Had a bad accident and from that day on, on a liquid-only diet. ... Although managed to suck my way through a slice of mango yesterday and it was sublime! |

I kind of know my boundaries with food, I'm the sort of person if I find something I like, I'll eat it often, more often than is good for me... for instance pizza.
But I am trying to broaden my knowledge food wise.. particularly want to cook more veggie dishes to cut down my meat consumption |

Snails taste like garlic butter, frogs really do taste like chicken/rabbit. "

I'm a fairly adventurous cook and whilst i try lots of new recipes, i guess the contents /base plants +herbs are fairly similar?
I recently made banana blossom 'fish' and chips which needed some sea - I've not used before... It was amazing! |
