You all have the right ingredients in to make your fave baked goods and a rainy day at home with no plans. What are you going to bake/ make to indudge in over christmas????

My plan for this afternoon is.....

Mint choc fudge

Choc orange fudge

Mrs Ps festive bounty bites

Shortbread biscuits

peppermint creams

I'll bag them all up tomorrow and hand them out for Christmas gifts.

I've done Bailey's cupcakes, chocolate orange brownies and boozy bun loaf in the last week or so.

I made a Christmas log from vanilla ladyfinger sponge rolled up with coffee flavoured crème diplomat, chocolate ganache and caramel. Made some meringue Christmas figures to decorate the top and stuck tempered chocolate "bark" around the sides. Was heavenly

Aww if you drop your filters a sec I can send you a pic

And absolutely carry on!!! I've had more baking fails than I can count, I just see each of them as an opportunity to learn and get better

My kitchen has been taken over by two of my kids for festive baking. I'm not allowed in.

If I was I'd make Nigella's Christmas Rocky Road. So good.
