I'm gonna bake a massive, feck off, chocolate cake !
Believe it or not it's been 33 years since I baked a cake !
This one will be about 12" high, split down the middle, layred with stawberry jam and filled with fresh whipped cream and the top covered in thick melted chocolate and finished off with chocolate sprinkles 
Before I left school I wanted to be a chef but because I was the only lad in the school who was taking cookery, I opted out  and served my apprenticeship as a television engineer instead
Funny how time slips away - 33years ffs ! but oh boy how I'm looking forward to baking that cake  |
