People who are brave enough to put pictures of their body up, especially if you’re not the traditionally perfect shape or size - Although I know we all have our hang ups big and small!
I’ve taken a deep breath and put up something I would consider very unflattering and I feel really vulnerable, but I’d rather be honest about how I look for future meets so I had to put up something!
So, those of you who have done similar, I feel you and you’re awesome! Keep on getting those lovely jiggly bums and boobs and bellies out - I’m so here for it! |

Good on you - you look fantastic and confidence is very sexy. I get why you want to be honest to avoid a potentially awkward meet. If the pix don't show the 'real you' it would be stressful I think. |

I would always want to be better in real life than on my profile, rather than people be disappointed if we meet, so for me it’s always better to under promise and over deliver. Great new pic btw OP. |

Nice sentiment OP but I wish we didn't use the word brave when talking about showing off our bodies but sadly, society has moulded us that way. We all have lumps, bumps and our own insecurities.. there is no such thing as a 'perfect body' or the 'normal'. Whatever shape or size you are, own it and be kind to yourself. Take comfort in knowing you are great just as you are and there's nobody in this world like you |

I know what you mean, I did pause over the word but couldn’t think of anything better! Thankyou, though. I feel like a bit of a dickhead making the thread about me, it was supposed to be more of a circlejerk about how marvellous we all are getting out there!
I’ve had so many positive messages from lovely people, and just one random guy telling me I’m disgust, to which I laughed! |

The one thing we ask for on this site is honesty but even so, on a lot of occasions we find it missing.
Photos are taken from flattering angles, they are photoshopped, or were taken ten years ago.
We have walked away from meets because of blatant lies but for anyone who is truthful in what they say and what they look like we have all the time in the world. |

I like the sentiment of the thread OP - it was always going to turn into a photo appreciation because these threads go that way, you're not a dickhead for that.
I hope one day people (incl myself) feel happy posting photos of themselves without feeling like they're brave or courageous or somehow anything other than just enjoying their body and wanting to show it off without shame. |

Think the word is body acceptance? I may not love every part of my body but I accept me as I am and am becoming less negative about how I view myself |

I value the quality of the person and not their looks
And you look just fine to me and I would in a cold minute.

I absolutely admire you for your honesty and wish to be seen as you are, it’s something that I wish more people would do.
I think that on this site people want to put their best forwards, so use angles, zoom and filters to try to present that. I think that there’s a fine line between flattery and deception though.
I don’t think that there’s a need to show the parts that were uncomfortable showing, that’s a level of vulnerability that isn’t required on here but I do think that honesty is often severely lacking and I applaud yours |

"You look amazeballs, confidence is a beautiful thing.
I lost my bottle this week and deleted all our photos because I felt utterly pants about myself. "

Its all about how you feel about yourself, I think you've done an amazing thing that may help another overcome a body insecurity. I hope you feel empowered |

Well said OP, we should all be free to be who we are.
I am who I am, I am on my journey not anybody else’s - I’ve come from a dark place to be here, and I will not be shamed into hiding away |
