Emotion reminds us we’re all human, none of us are untouchable.
Take a walk, or occupy your mind with something that makes you smile or simply reflect on why it got to you and how you aim to either change that or act upon it - either way don’t feel like it’s a failure xx |

I was listening to Radio 2 earlier and a man rang in talking about robins. He said his wife had died in January and shortly afterwards a robin appeared in his garden. He began to feed it and he calls it June after his wife. It brings him huge comfort. That really touched me.
I was also touched to see Susan Calman last night becoming emotional over some joyous carol singing. I thought then that emotion is often good too. |

Nothing a walk around the block couldn't fix but I wish I'd worn my jacket. It's freeeezinnggg !
I find it's a good way to deal with negative emotion. |
