To the fab forumites out there (and the lurkers, yes we see you lol)
If say you're like me, who is ideally looking for a regular playmate who lives fairly close by (of course there is mutual attraction etc) and you find them via fab/tinder or even in person. Would you then consider leaving fab or making your profile hidden, or would you make no changes and leave your fab profile as it it? |

I think it be a topic for discussion, down to what both are comfortable with - a regular playmate doesn’t constitute as exclusive to you so perhaps there’s a desire for them or you to explore others too, all very circumstantial xx |

If I was looking for monogamy I would hide my profile from hookup sites once I'd found my FWB.
As I use this site for conversation as well as meeting people I would probably just change my profile here and on other more social sites to say that I wasn't looking to meet.
As things are I'd leave it exactly as is; I'm not looking for monogamy so while having a regular arrangement is lovely, having more than one is even lovelier. Having a regular arrangement where occasionally we could play with others together would also be a great thing. |

I wouldn’t leave fab, nothing lasts forever and it’s a lifestyle site anyway but if you both decided to be monogamous/exclusive and stop swinging while an item you should hide any profiles and stop using sex/dating sites |

A regular 'playmate' is no reason to stop doing what you are doing.
Surely a regular 'playmate' just slots comfortably into your life for you.
As and when you want to.
No commitment.
No demands.
No stressssssssssssss..
My guess is you are after more than a playmate as you are already considering sweeping the leaves from the trail behind you.

Oh, you said playmate. That makes a lot of difference as I wouldn't wait around for him to find free time to fuck me.
I've had those types and they seem to have a different idea of exclusivity to me.

Erm... it depends on the dynamic I have with the person. I like using the forums and right now I wouldn't say I'm actively looking for others. I guess it depends. If it was a relationship I'd take time away from here and focus on that but a regular playmate? Not sure. |

I met my man in a round about way via FABs and wouldn’t really consider closing/hiding my account. I don’t think FABs is a place to be looking for exclusivity. I know he has sex with other people but he doesn’t have to hid the fact that he does which is refreshing for both of us. |

If we were exclusive then I wouldn't keep a profile anywhere secret. And I wouldn't be happy if they did. I'd probably like them to be up for exploring on here together, but that would likely be further down the line, not right off the bat. So I guess if I get into a new relationship, I'm off. |

I’d definitely hide my profile and have a non identifiable picture or no picture.
I know if I started dating someone from the real world (they wouldn’t be from here) I’d need some navigation from the forums. |

If I was in this situation, I'd be honest and say I was on here. Because I'd probably want to keep using the forum. I think to keep using the site in any form behind someone's back is a bit wrong and could lead to trust issues. |
