If you want to get one, get one.
Don't do it because you think it's going to make you more attractive to women or perform better because it won't. It doesn't make enough of a diferrence to be the sole reason to have it.
And no, you won't notice pain during sex once it's healed. |

Had one a long time ago when I was maybe 21/22 and had it for a few years. I got rid of it when I got with my now Mrs as she really didn't like it, it just felt like something was scratching away at her insides apparently. The hole for it is still there 20 years later and I could probably put it back in np. |

That's not an actual PA then, a PA goes in the eye and out a hole underneath near the banjo string. But ye if it was circumcised I could see any piercing in that region being a problem in that way. |

I used to have one. It obviously hurts when you get it done but sex doesn't hurt unless you have a lot of it.
You just need the right size ring. They fit snug when your hard.
You get a LOT more sensation with one. My exes loved playing with it during oral and said they fold feel it during penetrative.
None have said they didn't like it but if they did you can take it out and put it back in after...

People are saying it was painful for them having a PA done. I've got to say I felt absolutely no pain at all when having a PARTY done, maybe because of the local anaesthetic and the fact that the piercer waited for it to take effect. Don't have it in anymore. I have both nipples pierced and I found one hurt more than then other for some reason. |

I've quite a few piercings. Not every lady likes them, but those that do REALLY do.
Nipples are the most sensitive so were most painful, but the pain lasts only a second.
Only get pierced if you want to. |

I've personally never been with anyone with one so can't speak from personal experience on how it'd feel but my concerns would be it hurting or irritating either person but thats not to say I wouldn't try. xT |

I have both nipples done plus a pa. Also have 3 in shaft two in foreskin and 4 in the ball bag. Nipples are way worse to be done for pain and take way longer to heal. As for the pa the bigger the gauge the more comfortable it is for both wearer and partner. Not everyone’s cup of tea I guess but we both love them. |
