hiding from cock pics.

I have been wanting to make crepes for ages, today I made them, and they came out really thin and delicious.

I'm really pleased.

Have you tried something new today or recently?

(Banana chocolate and cinnamon, and separately, lemon and sugar)

I tried a Reeses White Chocolate Christmas Tree earlier, so so good. Might have another later!

Peanut butter and jam - always thought it would be awful, it's amazing.

Apple with peanut butter - also amazing.

Hefty Hideaway

I tried to make pastel de nata as I was absolutely craving them!

It was a disaster but I have a big bowl of custard filling that I’m going to put in a Victoria sponge. Silver linings!

As I love cooking and baking never thought I say that but I tried them and could not get them as good as you can get them at somewhere like Sainsbury's to be honest. Unless of course yours are superior, in which case I want the recipe please.

It didn’t work but I can’t blame the recipe. I’m very impatient with pastry.

Yes not easy especially if you tried to make your own puff pastry

I though about logging in to Fab to see some lovely messages from awesome men.

But realised that attitude wouldn't work either
