How’s everybody feeling? It’s one of those funny weeks for a lot of people with changes to regular routines and maybe some strong emotions around.

I’m ok, feeling a bit stressed because I need to start an assignment that’s due in on 11th Jan, but my anxiety is pretty low key atm, which is a relief.

As always, feel free to check in with an emoji if that suits you better x

Morning OP, what a great idea for a thread.

I'm in a "put one foot in front of the other and see what the day brings" kinda place. When things are uncertain I need to focus in and not let my brain chase off down the what ifs too much.

I was very anxious to return to the gym after a month off with injury and covid, but after 40 minutes of self inflicted torture, I’m feeling on top of the world.

Survived another weekend.

It's good to have people around that care

Starting to see light at the end of the tunnel.

Peace and Love to all going through tough times

Generally feeling good happy it's Xmas and to be meeting with friends and family

However the whole covid thing is really starting to drain the energy out of me as I'm sure it is for a lot of people

I think the trick is to stay busy to take your mind off it

Tough time of year for lots for one reason or another. In most cases it’s been an 18 months to forget.

I’m feeling pretty calm and relaxed for the first time in about two years and certainly way better than August this year when I had to involve my crisis team for the second time in ten months. My meds are at the right level again now and I’m sleeping well finally. This is a great idea for a thread, thank you all in the forum for being fab in fab x
