This sounds so positive and inspiring! You have clear goals (and hopes) and I think that is a great start.
In an attempt to get fitter, I have started dancing again. My sis sent me a funny dance clip of older people having a ball of a time and I decided ... why didn't I think of that? So I have started doing between 30 mins and an hour every day to my favourite music and you know what? It makes a difference to body weight and mood! Highly recommended. |

I absolutely love this! Well done you and I’m so glad you are enjoying it!
I completely second this there is nothing that lifts my mood more than teaching dance or just dancing for myself, I find it incredibly freeing and great for a confidence boost!
I plan to change my job - 2nd interview today so fingers crossed
Finally pass my driving test and hopefully travel to some new places
Also to spend less time giving my thoughts to people who don’t value me - whether that be here, work or wherever!
Change is coming
Xxx

I am lucky in that I had a good 2021 (all things considered) - had some great meets inside Fab and life outside Fab went well too.
The one thing I have never done is been a life (naked) model for an art class or photo shoot. Would love to get that sorted for 2022. |

Love this thread
1. Try new things and experiences (not just sexually)
2. Make step forwards towards getting a house
3. Try to tone up (as I am getting older I may have to scale this down to not lose what I have)
4. Create more memories
Good luck all in 20222 |

I'm not too sure how it will. I'd like to keep exploring my sexuality. Growing in confidence and at ease with who I am and in my body. The latter will take a bit more work but I have faith in me.
And what I really really want is to be happy enough with myself that one day, unprompted, someone describes me as a sexually confident goddess. So hopefully things change enough that I get to that point. |

I'm not planning on changing much, as I'm fairly happy where I am right now.
I've made some huge sweeping changes over the last few years so my plan is to use the next 12 months to draw a breath and enjoy a little bit of stability.
Of course the best laid schemes o’ mice an’ men gang aft agley, so it'll probably play out vastly differently to my expectations! |

Ooh I have lots.
I need to stop putting everyone else’s feelings before my own and definitely stop feeling guilty for wanting to be happy.
Must try to stick to a diet that lasts longer than a week.
Get a new job and sort myself out financially.
Toughen up on the kids as they’re becoming little shites and it’ll only get worse the older they get.
I’d also like to be divorced by the end of this year.
Hope everyone has a happy and healthy 2022 xx |

Great thread OP and my best wishes for your positive changes planned.
I will be having a very active year ahead with running as I have 2 marathons planned.
I also have an operation in march to get rid of excess skin on my tummy from weight loss, for me this operation will have a massive positive impact on me and I am super excited.
I also plan to put my career progression to the forefront and get a promotion whether within my current organisation or with another.
But my most exciting achievement will be finally becoming debt free in May after my marriage ended almost 10 years ago. I will finally be able to start saving towards a house deposit and make plans with Mr NBVN for our future.
Best wishes to everyone and I hope you all achieve your positive goals.

I need to loose weight, so that's going to happen.
I've changed jobs recently, so I'm in a much better place work wise, I have a plan for that so I'll continue to work towards that.
And the most important goal I have set for myself, is to be happy, as I haven't been for a while . |
