Its called sub drop or dom drop in BDSM but we find it can happen after an intense night or naughty fun. Self care is the answer as soon after and day after. Go easy on self! We always plan this in as much as the night itself! xx

Totally and I get it all the time. I even get it when I'm looking forward to meeting someone then it falls through. It can wipe me out for the whole day and I get super needy then worry that I will piss my Dom off lol
