I was interested on perspective as the forum is full of so many interests that are very shall we say niche.

I had it done to me once out of the blue which came as a bit of a shock but meh, can't see a problem with it. We happily stick our tongues in each others mouths/genitals etc so there is absolutely nothing about it that is in any way more or less hygienic than normal vanilla sex.

I think people's idea of what kind of spitting it would be probably informs their preferences.
If someone hacked up a massive goober like some horrors wang out on the footpath I'd likely vomit in return  .
If someone spat on my face I'd be out the door.
