"As a child what was the most ridiculous gift you asked Santa for?"
I honestly (can't believe I'm going to admit this) wanted to change my appearance I thought of myself a bit of an ugly duckling lol. Since hitting my late teens go onward I've grown into my looks but yea as a child, and teenager I was very insecure about how I looked and actively tried to avoid girls lol (it actually made my dad question my sexuality at one point and trust me when I say you didn't want to be a gay guy in the Caribbean in the 90s and 00s )

My mum took me to see Santa..
He nearly fell off his sleigh when he said "Now then little girl what would you like from Santa?"
I replied.." I want hairs under me arms like me mam". I was five years old, my mum was mortified as the rest of the queue heard this as well. Santa could not stop laughing...needless to say i have spent my adult years getting rid of them.  |
