Ok, so we're watching Back to the Future (ace sunday evening fare) and it got me thinking - What would you do if you were sent back in time? Where and when would you like to be sent back to, and what would you do there?

9 months B.C. I'd walk up to random people in Nazareth and say 'hey do you know Mary? I shagged her last night.'

I would go back 7 years, 12th july 2130hrs, I would drive to nottingham to see my dad and have the chance to tell him I love him and say goodbye, I missedhis passing by 10 mins.x

I'd go back to just before I met my ex in a pub.

And walk out the door even though it was pissing down and I hadn't taken a coat or brolly with me!

I'd then creat a website called Fabswingers and reap the rewards of such a genius idea for the rest of my life!

I wouldn't change anything in my life. Even the bad stuff has eventually ended in something good.

I'd go back to re-live a certain first kiss though.

I would say i'd go back to 1985 and watch tv for the evening.

Rather than badger my mum to letting me go to the party where to complete strangers had a fight over me

Then end up sat on the stairs nursing my 1st husband to be's black eye

Then if i did i wouldn't have the 3 wonderful grandchildren i have.

I'd go and talk to 10-year old me and explain a few things.

It might not make my life better, but it would probably be very different.

I'd go back to the 80s and tell my dad that when a certain company called Microsoft launches - buy some shares in it!

I'd then nip forward in time to 1995 and pile my money into COLT (another tech stock that exploded) and buy as much as I could, wait till the shares split 4 for 1 then buy some more and wait again for the next 4 for 1 split then wait 6 more months and sell the lot.

Then I go forward to 1996 and tell my soon to be ex-wife that I know she's fucking about and I want an equal half in the house.

Then I'd pop back to the present day and see how much money I had in the bank and wonder where Siren and the two kids I have with her are.

So no, I wouldn't go back in time as you just don't know what damage you could be doing to your own future. It's called The Butterfly Effect.
