Jimmy, I just came back from a lovely trip along the milky way
I stopped off at the North Pole to spend the holiday
I called on old, dear  Claus to see what I could see
He took me to his workshop and told his plans to me
Now is a busy man, he has no time to play
He's got millions of stockings  to fill on Christmas day 
You better write your letter now and mail it right away
Because he's getting ready, his reindeers and his sleigh
You'd better watch out, you'd better not 
You'd better not pout, I'm telling you why

I saw Mommy kissing Claus
Underneath the  last night
She didn't see me creep
Down the stairs to have a peek
She thought that I was tucked up
In my bedroom fast asleep
Then I saw Mommy tickle Claus
Underneath his beard so snowy white
