"There" is a place and has "here" in it which is also a place.

"Their" is be belonging to someone and has "heir" in it like "Heir to a fortune."

"They're" is short for "They are"

and whilst we are sucking eggs ...

"Hear" means to receive something aurally and has "ear" in it.
