She was a subject that was spoken about today outside of the fab world today, where a retired local magistrate who was part of the conversation said exactly that! Judges can only deal with facts, and proof beyond reasonable doubt, and not opinions, were his words. According to him, it's very rare for a judge to lock up a mother especially if her legal team can plead a strong enough case that her kids are totally dependant on her. What isn’t nice to read is the comments on having her children taken away, or the number of children she has (as if it’s relevant) the amount of husbands. How much make up she had on, the judge liking her tits etc. no offense here but you cant play the child card to avoid it. If jail was handed to her what would happen to her children. If you didnt get behind the wheel in the first place you wouldnt be facing jail for the second offense. didnt think about that when she got behind the wheel.
